IntraLogisteX – the UK’s premier intralogistics and materials handling exhibition – will return to the Ricoh Arena, Coventry, on 1st and 2nd July 2021.
Organiser Akabo Media confirmed the new dates following the UK government’s announcement that exhibitions can take place from 17 May where they are controlled indoor events of up to 1,000 visitors (or 50% of the venue’s capacity), and, from 21st June, when there are no restrictions on numbers or capacities.
Following public health advice from the government in relation to the hosting of exhibitions, IntraLogisteX was unable to take place last year.
However, with new dates secured for 2021, visitors will now be able to discover the latest products and services from over 135 of the premier intralogistics and materials handling equipment suppliers to the UK.
IntraLogisteX 2021 is also home to the IntraLogisteX Conference, which will offer visitors practical insight on the latest technological innovations for the inside of the warehouse, delivered by seasoned practitioners, peers and industry experts.
Stephen Brooks, managing director of IntraLogisteX organiser and Logistics Manager publisher, Akabo Media, said: “At last, not only can we see light at the end of the tunnel, but we can feel its warmth as well.
“Given the pent-up demand that we expect to see from buyers eager to touch, see, and feel our exhibitors’ products and services, we have decided to move the exhibition to the 1st and 2nd July – well past the government’s Step 4 date, which will also hopefully aid our overseas exhibitors as well.
“We absolutely appreciate the trust and faith our exhibitors have shown us over the past 12 difficult months, and we now very much now look forward to putting on the best IntraLogisteX ever.”
