Frankfurt am Main, September 14th, 2020. As the first hybrid event of Messe Frankfurt, Hypermotion this year offers the entire conference program as well as new networking tools – both live in Frankfurt and virtually. Participants can also watch lectures, pitches and the two top-class keynotes by Edward Snowden and Marc Elsberg remotely via live stream.
The Hypermotion takes place – and not only on site in Frankfurt, but also in virtual space at the same time. The new digital experience enables everyone who will unfortunately not be able to travel personally in 2020 to find out about the latest products, concepts and solutions, participate in discussions and participate in the development of our future transport and traffic system. This year’s hybrid event thus combines the best of two worlds: personal exchange, virtual networking opportunities and maximum digital reach. The participants can look forward to a varied conference program. Keynote speakers include whistleblower Edward Snowden on the subject of “Data protection in mobility and logistics after Corona – what happens next with the infrastructure from a data protection point of view” and bestselling author Marc Elsberg, who creates realistic future and threat scenarios for his international customers.
Live streaming of the entire conference program
During the three days of the fair, all conference content will be streamed live and selected sessions will still be available a few weeks after the event. This gives the participants the opportunity to take full advantage of the program and to watch lectures that were previously missed or that were taking place in parallel. Participants can actively take part in discussions and questionnaires using a survey tool. The range of topics is wide: the 6th German Mobility Congress and the smc: smart mobility conference are dedicated to the topic of future mobility in relation to our climate goals and digitization. The EXCHAiNGE focuses on best practices in the supply chain. The Logistics Digital Conference and the scalex conference address innovations in goods transport and city logistics. And the Hypermotion-Lab presents disruptive concepts in the field of urban air mobility, smart logistics and digital infrastructure. You can get a first impression of these topics in advance in the Hypermotion Podcast.
New networking options with AI-supported software
Networking is in the foreground and this year it is additionally supported by a newly integrated matchmaking software based on artificial intelligence. Intelligent matchmaking is used to determine which people, exhibitors and conference content may be of interest to the respective user. In addition, participants can put together their own digital timetable. Based on this selection, you will automatically receive further recommendations on suitable conference content and product presentations.
Personal face-to-face conversations via video calls
Participants can use the option of 1-to-1 video calls and arrange face-to-face meetings with interested companies and business partners in a virtual room. The integrated chat function of the Digital Experience can also be used for direct exchange with one another. In addition, individual speed networking sessions take place in which participants on site are brought into contact with participants from the virtual room.
Further highlights on site
Those who visit the event in person can also look forward to an exhibition with new vehicle concepts from ONO, Rinspeed, LEVC – the London Electric Vehicle Company and many more. Software-supported solutions are presented by providers such as Arealcontrol GmbH, Globalmatix AG and Vitronic. Furthermore, the Micro Mobility Parcours invites you to test drives with very small vehicles. Because e-scooters, e-scooters and cargo bikes of all kinds are becoming increasingly important in our transport system – not only for private use, but also in the industrial sector.
The next Hypermotion will take place from November 10-12, 2020.
